Ricardo Agustin Toledo Mañani

CTO at The Quantum Company

About

Ricardo Toledo is CTO at Quantum Chain PTE Ltd., where he works on post-quantum blockchain infrastructure, wallet architecture, and transaction-signing migration from classical cryptography toward post-quantum schemes.

His background spans aerospace ground-segment systems, railway signalling, secure communications, and distributed software architecture. At CAF Signalling, he worked on key management and maintenance solutions for railway signalling systems, including KMS/KDC-related architectures, signalling communications, and integration with on-track hardware. At GMV, he worked on telemetry and monitoring systems for ground equipment, control-centre integration, and modernization of legacy systems toward microservices-based architectures.

Ricardo’s current work focuses on the practical engineering challenges of post-quantum migration, including key lifecycle design, wallet-based authorization, transaction validation, backward compatibility, and secure infrastructure for regulated digital asset systems.
