AzInTelecom LLC was established in 2015 under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan and has been part of AZCON Holding since 2024. The company builds and develops Azerbaijan's digital infrastructure, providing cloud, data center, cybersecurity and digital signature services to the public and private sectors.
SİMA - new-generation digital signature
Launched by AzInTelecom in 2022, SİMA is Azerbaijan's new-generation digital signature platform:
SİMA İmza - mobile signature with biometric (facial) verification and liveness detection at signing, legally equivalent to a handwritten signature
SİMA Token - an enhanced electronic signature for legal entities and government agencies
SİMA is used to sign documents and access public and private e-services, including the national unified login platform, without visiting a service center or using a physical device.
