Die QRL Stiftung, known as The QRL Foundation, is a Swiss non-profit organisation founded to build post-quantum secure technologies in the blockchain space. Its sole purpose is to conduct development, research, education and community-building activities to support the fully decentralised Quantum Resistant Ledger blockchain.

JP has been writing code for open source and commercial projects for over 25 years and is a strong advocate for open-source and emerging technologies. He was a core developer and systems engineer for the QRL project from 2016 - 2022 and still makes open source contributions to the protocol. As a doctor, he still practices medicine as a Consultant in Anaesthesia and Intensive Care Medicine.

Kaushal Kumar Singh is an experienced software developer working with cutting-edge technologies including Blockchain, Big Data & Machine learning. He also has experience in algorithmic trading development including for High Frequency Trading using the FIX Protocol. He has contributed to open source projects including QRL, Google Protobuf & the Data Transfer Project. This experience and expertise is backed by a Dual Degree (B. Tech & MBA) with a focus in Business Technology in CSE from KIIT University.
