Sean Xiang is a co-founder and CEO of Bloombase, an intelligent storage firewall company specializing in defense-in-depth security, real-time threat detection and remediation for data cloud. Sean brings over two decades of experience with high-performance computing, cryptography, and low-latency storage technologies to Bloombase. Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, Sean was a scientist with the Beckman Laser Institute at University of California, Irvine. He holds a PhD in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

Kin Yung is the Vice President for Business Development at Bloombase, an intelligent storage firewall company specializing in AI-powered threat detection and response (TDR) and post-quantum cryptography (PQC) security for data cloud. Responsible for business development and alliances, Kin has previously held product management and product marketing related positions representing all market segments at Bloombase. Kin is the company representative of Bloombase to a number of industry consortia such as IEEE 1619 Security in Storage Working Group (SISWG), IEEE 2883 Standard for Sanitizing Storage, Peripheral Component Interconnect Special Interest Group (PCI-SIG), Storage Networking Industry Association (SNIA), NVM Express (NVMe), and Compute Express Link (CXL). Kin is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and a member of the International Association for Cryptologic Research (IACR). He holds a Master's in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
