Implementation

The implementation is the process of implementing the action plans to improve the maturity level of the PKI environment.

Implementation is specific to each PKI environment and depends on the action plans that are defined during the continuous improvement process.

It is recommended to manage the implementation as a controlled project with a identified project manager and a project team. The project manager is responsible for managing the implementation of the action plans and the project team is responsible for execution of the action plans.
