SUMMARY:Where the World Stands: A Government Leaders’ Panel on the PQC Tr
 ansition
DESCRIPTION:A digital economy runs on trust\, and that trust runs on crypto
graphy. The signatures\, certificates\, and encrypted channels that underpi
n banking\, identity\, commerce\, and communication are invisible until the
y fail — and the quantum threat puts all of them in question at once. The
exposure is often discussed in geopolitical terms\, but the consequences a
re economic and societal: markets\, supply chains\, public services\, and t
he everyday transactions that modern life depends on. This is not a problem
governments can solve alone. And it is not one organizations can afford to
defer.\n\nThis panel brings together senior representatives from national
cybersecurity agencies and government PQC programmes to share where their p
rogrammes stand\, what they are seeing in the market\, and what they expect
ahead. Are migration timelines holding — or are they moving? That is the
question every leadership team will be asking\, and this panel offers a un
ique opportunity to hear how governments are thinking about it.\n\nThere wi
ll be plenty of room for questions and interaction with the panellists.\n\n
