SUMMARY:Your Suppliers Aren't Ready: PQC Supply Chain Readiness
DESCRIPTION:You have mapped your internal cryptographic assets\, you have a
  migration plan\, and you know which algorithms you are moving to. Then you
  open a ticket with your HSM vendor\, your cloud key management provider\, 
 your identity platform\, your network appliance manufacturer\, and the answ
 ers range from vague to contradictory to silent. Your suppliers are the gap
  between your migration plan and your migration reality.\n\nThe challenge i
 s not limited to hardware security modules. Every product and service that 
 uses cryptography (software libraries\, CAs\, signing services\, authentica
 tion platforms\, enterprise SaaS\, embedded firmware) is a dependency in yo
 ur PQC migration. And most of them are somewhere between Level 0 (nothing i
 mplemented) and Level 2 (production-ready but no inventory\, no agility\, n
 o roadmap transparency). This session opens with a ten-minute introduction 
 to how the PKI Consortium's PQC Maturity Model (PQCMM) works in practice\, 
 then the panel takes over: what does it actually look like to mandate PQC s
 upplier requirements at a large institution\, what do assessors find when t
 hey start evaluating products against a structured framework\, and what wou
 ld accelerate adoption of a common standard across the supplier ecosystem.\
